The rules for access, ordering, bookings, and venue use.

Effective date: 17 March 2026. These terms govern access to Course Pulse and the participating venue services made available through the platform.

Account and Access

  • You must provide accurate account details and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
  • Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if the platform is misused or if venue rules are breached.

Orders, Bookings, and Venue Rules

  • Orders and bookings are subject to venue availability, operating hours, and local fulfilment rules.
  • Venues remain responsible for their own menus, pricing, service availability, and on-site operating decisions.
  • Players must follow venue conduct, safety, and course access requirements while using the service.

Payments, Refunds, and Disputes

  • Payments are processed through the configured payment provider, and final payment status may depend on provider confirmation, fraud checks, refunds, or chargeback activity.
  • Refund timing, substitution decisions, and service remediation may depend on venue policy, operator review, and payment-provider rules.
  • You must not attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or misuse payment flows, payout settings, or stored operational records.

Live Round and Device Use

  • Course map, GPS, and live round tools are provided to support golf operations and player experience.
  • You are responsible for using your device safely and lawfully while on course.

Venue Account Responsibilities

  • Vendor and venue staff accounts must only access player, booking, and order information needed for approved venue operations.
  • Venue operators are responsible for complying with local law, venue notices, staffing controls, and any obligations tied to fulfilment, alcohol service, or course access.
  • The operator may suspend venue access where misuse, unsafe conduct, or improper data handling is detected.

Availability and Changes

  • Features may change as the platform evolves, including payment, booking, notification, and venue-management workflows.
  • The operator may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date in the app and on this site.
