How Course Pulse handles player and venue data.

Effective date: 17 March 2026. Lupine Enterprises uses Course Pulse to support player ordering, venue operations, bookings, notifications, and live round features at participating venues.

Information We Collect

  • Account and profile details including name, email address, phone number, and linked sign-in methods.
  • Booking, order, fulfilment, payment-status, push-notification token, and notification preference data needed to operate the app.
  • Course and precise location data when player map, venue discovery, live round, staff presence, or other location-enabled golf workflows are in use.
  • Player preference data such as favourites, handicap details, and whether you have completed the in-app legal prompt.
  • Golf Australia lookup details when you request an official handicap lookup using your Golf ID.
  • Support and issue-reporting details you choose to send to the venue or platform operator.

How We Use Information

  • To place and fulfil shop orders and booking-related add-ons.
  • To manage venue workflows, course operations, notifications, and support interactions.
  • To save player preferences, populate scorecards, and keep Golf Australia handicap lookups aligned with in-app scoring features.
  • To improve reliability, investigate incidents, and protect the platform from misuse.

How Information May Be Shared

  • With the venue, shop, or staff involved in the service you requested.
  • With service providers that support hosting, payments, notifications, and app operations.
  • With Golf Australia when you request an official handicap lookup using your Golf ID through the in-app Golf Australia feature.
  • When required to comply with law, protect safety, or prevent fraud or misuse.

Payments and Payment Providers

  • Card payments are processed through Stripe or the configured payment provider rather than being stored directly in the app.
  • Payment status, order references, and limited reconciliation details may be retained to confirm fulfilment, refunds, disputes, and audit history.
  • Venues and staff should not request, store, or export full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials through Course Pulse workflows.

Retention and Control

  • Operational records are retained for as long as needed to support venue workflows, legal obligations, and service history.
  • Live round and location-related data is used to provide golf functionality, venue discovery, and staff-presence workflows and should only be enabled when needed.
  • Signed-in player accounts can use the in-app Delete Account flow in Settings, while some order, payment, booking, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may still be retained.
  • Golf Australia lookup details remain in your app data until you clear them or delete the account data that stores them.
  • You can use the support channels listed below for account, booking, order, or privacy assistance that is not available through self-service controls.

Venue Operator Responsibilities

  • Venue accounts may access player and patron details only to fulfil orders, manage bookings, provide support, and run approved venue operations.
  • Venue staff should follow their own venue obligations for privacy, records retention, and safe handling of player information.
  • Misuse of player, order, booking, or location data may result in account restriction or removal.
